Today the Siopao got back on the treadmill

I’ve reached it. That end of the line that said enough.
I have realized what my problem was why I have not been able to go back to my gym routine. It’s so basic, it’s a wonder why it took me so long to figure it out: I HAVE NOT COMMITTED TO A SCHEDULE. What you don’t calendar, you don’t do. Last night, I wrote out my weekly routine, prayed over it and determined again to being a fitter, healthier, happier Siopao!!
